Privacy notice

maxm.art is a fictional gallery and part of NetGodz, a game — nothing offered here is real and no work will be delivered. This site collects no personal data at all, because it is a set of static files with no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no trackers of any kind.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no form on this site, no login, no cookie set by us, no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session storage and no fingerprinting. You can browse every page with scripts disabled and lose nothing but a highlighted menu item.

Email

The "enquire" links are ordinary mailto: links. They open your own email program with a subject line filled in; we receive nothing unless you choose to write and send a message. If you do write to the address on this site, your email sits in a mailbox until it is read and deleted, it is not added to a list, and it is not passed to anyone. There is no mailing list to join.

Logs

The web server that hands you these pages keeps ordinary access logs — time, page, IP address, user agent — for a short period, for the usual reason of noticing when something is broken or being attacked. That is standard for any web server and it is the only record of your visit that exists.

Other sites

Nothing on this site is embedded from anywhere else: no fonts, scripts, maps, video players or images are loaded from third-party servers. Links out to the other NetGodz sites are plain links and carry nothing with them.

Children, and everyone else

Since no data is collected from anybody, none is collected from children either.
